Installed on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ SportThese are primo Old Man Emu coils. They came (as a pair) in the original OME packaging which was in very good condition. Both coils were nice and shiny, no damage.If you plan on matching these with the OME leaf springs (Part #CS033RB) you will need front spacers or adjustable bump stops to level the body. The leafs are rated for 2.5-3" while these coils are only rated for 1.75-2.5". Over my sagging stock leaf-packs I gained closer to 3.75" and about 2" from the coils which produced VERY noticeable rake (think of a drag car). The leaf packs will settle eventually, but hopefully not 2 inches! A 1.75" spacer - for a gain of 1" - brought my jeep to just about level with just a bit of rake which I actually prefer.The ride feels much more stable despite gaining height but I'm not experiencing the 'stiffness' that people talk about with some springs. Will update again after some pavement-free driving.
